Momentum Athletics Pty Ltd operates this website for the Feenix Futsal program in Banora Point, Australia. It is intended for parents, guardians and authorised program staff.

Information we collect and use

We collect parent or guardian names, email addresses, optional phone numbers, player names and birth years, parent-declared ages on session dates where an age limit applies, class enrolments, attendance responses, casual-session requests and offers, and payment-status records. We use these details to administer the program, manage places, reconcile payments and send program emails. Parents or guardians should provide children’s information on their behalf. This website does not collect card details or payment credentials.

Google connection

Only Momentum’s authorised sender account connects to Gmail. Families do not need to connect Gmail. The site receives the sender’s account information to verify the account and uses send-only permission to deliver program messages. It cannot read the Gmail inbox. Recipient addresses and message content are sent to Google for delivery.

Google connection credentials are encrypted and stored server-side. The account holder can revoke access through Google Account settings. Revoking access stops authorised sending but does not delete program records or delivered emails.

Information received through Google APIs is used and shared in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Storage and sharing

OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare provide hosting and database services; Google provides email delivery. These providers may process information outside Australia. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

This site is private. Approved visitors sign in through ChatGPT. Family access also uses individualized session links and cookies; keep your family link private. Each family link shows only its assigned session. Coach previews disable attendance changes. Administrative changes are recorded. Email sending is paused until the owner approves it. We use HTTPS and access controls. Hosting providers may keep operational and security logs.

Retention and requests

We retain information while needed to administer the program or address recordkeeping, disputes and legal requirements. You can request access, correction or deletion of your information, or a child’s information where you are authorised to act for them. We may verify your identity and authority. If records must be retained, we will explain why.
